Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the program, the learner will be able to:

1. Install and configure Windows operating systems and maintain computer hardware components.
2. Configure and manage Linux operating systems including service and file systems permissions.
3. Idenify and troubleshoot devices and network issues.
4. Configure, troubleshoot device, and secure network devices.
5. Develop, test, and troubleshoot basic programs using Python.
