HRM 245 - Hospitality Human Resource Management 3 Credits, 3 Contact Hours 3 lecture periods 0 lab periods Examination of personnel issues in hospitality management. Includes recruitment, selection, orientation, training, wages and benefits, legal issues, and employee evaluation.
Prerequisite(s): HRM 100 Recommendation: For students pursuing the Hospitality AAS, it is recommended that all other courses are completed prior to enrolling in this course.
