FAW 107 - Strength and Conditioning for Sport II 1 Credits, 2 Contact Hours 0 lecture periods 2 lab periods Continuation of FAW 105 . Includes further skill development of sport-specific advanced assessments, sport related drills, improvement in sport conditioning, and basic anatomy.
Prerequisite(s): FAW 105 Recommendation: Participation on a Pima athletic team.
