Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the program, the learner will be able to: 
  1. Know common safety practices used when working on and around aircraft and related support equipment.
  2. Identify and use applicable maintenance publications and documents.
  3. Know and understand federal aviation regulation.
  4. Inspect, service, install, and troubleshoot aircraft instruments.
  5. Repair, inspect, assemble troubleshoot and service reciprocating powerplants.
  6. Repair, inspect, assemble, troubleshoot, and service turbine powerplants.
  7. Install, repair, troubleshoot and service powerplant support systems.

Cohort Model Program

Students must complete courses in a specific order per 14 CFR, Part 147.

Designed for students who have completed prerequisites and have met college preparatory requirements in math, writing and reading.
