 Course Learning Outcomes
 
 
	 Explain the dimensions of health and wellness and the four key concepts that influence health behaviors and describe how these relate to the stages of change.List the health benefits of cardiovascular training, resistance training, proper posture, and body mechanics and identify different methods for improving and training for each.Identify the basic guidelines for healthy eating and explain how these guidelines can be applied to weight control and energy balance.Identify the major sources of stress, how the body responds, and approaches to dealing with stress.     Outline:
