FAW 105 - Strength and Conditioning for Sport I 1 Credits, 2 Contact Hours 0 lecture periods 2 lab periods
Sport-specific programs of strength and conditioning designed to enhance athletic performance. Includes focus on assessments, sport related drills, and sport conditioning.

Course Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate improvement in cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, agility, flexibility, and/or balance.
