Continuation of BCT 272 . Includes load calculations-feeders and services, health care facilities, standby and emergency systems, basic electronic theory, fire alarm systems, and specialty transformers.
Prerequisite(s): BCT 272 or concurrent enrollment.

- Calculate loads and ampacities for single-phase and three-phase feeders.

- Explain the difference between emergency systems, legally required standby systems, and optional standby systems.
