FAW 107 - Strength and Conditioning for Sport II 2 Credits, 4 Contact Hours 0 lecture periods 4 lab periods
Continuation of FAW 105 . Includes further skill development of sport-specific advanced assessments, sport related drills, improvement in sport conditioning, and basic anatomy.
Prerequisite(s): FAW 105 Information: May be taken two times for a maximum of four credit hours. If this course is repeated, see a financial aid or Veteran’s Affairs advisor to determine funding eligibility as appropriate.
