FSS 280 - Weight Management Specialist 1 Credits, 1 Contact Hours 1 lecture periods 0 lab periods Principles of behavior change, communication, and assessment for weight management success. Includes client assessment and communication, basic nutritional and physical activity guidelines, developing a plan, and practice coaching.
Information: This course is intended for Fitness Professionals, Health and Wellness Coaches, sport coaches, physical education teachers, personal interest and development, and continuing education.
