DAR 254 - Interactive Design II: UX/UI Strategies 4 Credits, 5 Contact Hours 3 lecture periods 2 lab periods Continuation of DAR 252 . Theory, survey, and practice of designing and developing advanced interactive applications using principles of user interface and user experience. Includes design, advanced visual aesthetic, and technology strategies for usability; methods of organizing information to improve user experience; and creating interactive design for social media and emerging platforms. Also includes storyboarding interactive projects; simple graphics and animations; publishing, marketing and distribution.
