AVM 233 - Turbine Engines 3.5 Credits, 7 Contact Hours 1.75 lecture periods 5.25 lab periods Basic gas turbine engine and turbo propeller component makeup and repair. Includes inspection, servicing, and repairs performed on engine components: compressor, diffuser, combustion, accessory drive, and lubricating system. Also includes a reassembly overhaul.
