CHM 152IN - General Chemistry II

4 Credits, 6 Contact Hours (3 lec., 3 lab)

Continuation of CHM 151IN . Includes emphasis on certain chemical concepts such as chemical kinetics, equilibrium, acids and bases, thermodynamics, and electrochemistry.

Prerequisite(s): With a grade of C or better: CHM 151IN , and either MAT 151  or MAT 188  or higher, or required score on the mathematics placement test. NOTE: Students receiving a grade of C in CHM 151IN  will be required to register for theCHM 152RC  course concurrently. For students receiving a grade of B or higher in CHM 151IN , the CHM 152RC  course is optional but highly recommended.
