Integration of the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the individual, family and community, while providing the science, philosophical foundation, and basic noninvasive technical skill. Includes both individual and community capacity by increasing health knowledge and self-sufficiency through outreach, individual and group education, coaching, social support, advocacy and networking.
