Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the program, the learner will be able to:
  1. Know common safety practices used when working on and around aircraft and related support equipment.
  2. Identify and use applicable maintenance and publications and documents.
  3. Know and understand federal aviation regulations
  4. Inspect, assemble and repair aircraft sheetmetal structures.
  5. Inspect, assemble and repair aircraft composite structures.
  6. Inspect, service, install, and repair aircraft support systems.
  7. Inspect,service, install, and troubleshoot aircraft instruments and com/navequipment.
  8. Repair, inspect, assemble troubleshoot and service reciprocating powerplants.
  9. Repair,inspect, assemble, troubleshoot, and service turbine powerplants.
  10. Install,repair, troubleshoot and service powerplant support systems.
