Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the program, the learner will be able to:

1. Demonstrate understanding of industry standards and safety practices.
2. Demonstrate professionalism with attitudes, conduct, ethics, and work practices.
3. Perform HVAC system diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Apply knowledge of appropriate lab practices, concepts and theories placing refrigeration manifold gauges on an air conditioning unit.
5. Monitor the correct charge of an operating system based on the type of refrigerant used in the system.
