Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the program, the learner will be able to:

1. Competently perform administrative responsibilities in an outpatient healthcare environment.

2. Demonstrate proficiency with oral and written communication with patients and  staff.
3. Correctly assess and document a patient’s physical and mental health status based on subjective and objective information to assure accuracy in diagnosis and treatment.
4. Complete and document procedures and point of care testing to differentiate between health and pathology.
