Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the  program, the learner will be able to:

  1. Recall drawing and modification functions of CAD software.
  2. Identify and interpret information provided in technical drawings, schematics, or mask sets.
  3. Demonstrate digital proficiency (use of computer; basic operating system function; network, drive, and directory navigation; etc.)
  4. Produce two-dimensional drawings using traditional visualization techniques.
  5. Integrate principles of related fields into the use of CAD software.
  6. Analyze relationships between design elements for parametric modeling.
  7. Differentiate successful workplace skills in individual and collaborative contexts.
  8. Create production documents employing standard conventions and requirements.
