Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the program, the learner will be able to:

  1. Recall drawing and modification functions of CAD software.

  2. Identify and interpret information provided in technical drawings, schematics, or mask sets.
  3. Demonstrate digital proficiency (use of a computer; basic operating system functions; network, drive, and directory navigation; etc.)
  4. Integrate principles of related fields into the use of CAD software.
  5. Analyze relationships between design elements for parametric modeling.
  6. Differentiate successful work place skills in individual and collaborative contexts.
  7. Create production documents employing standard conventions and requirements.
  8. Propose and evaluate design solutions based on defined criteria.
