Become an informed citizen and contributing member of our constitutional republic. Acquire a solid understanding of domestic and international politics, including constitutional foundations; political institutions and processes; political ideas, ideologies and trends; and policy issues and debates. Step into the real world of politics through an internship opportunity.

Start your path towards a career teaching Political Science in secondary or higher education, or lay a solid foundation for working as a professional in a related field such as: Public Administration, Law, Criminal Justice, Education, Public Relations and Advocacy, Communications, International Business, Economics, History, Anthropology, Sociology, or Journalism. Students have also gone on to work for elected officials and government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels; running campaigns; and running and sometimes getting elected to office themselves.
