UBUS 280 - Business Organization and Management Overview of the functions performed and issues faced by managers in business. Includes managers and management, the managerial environment, planning and decision support systems, project management, managerial control, and leadership. Also includes motivation and performance, control, and creating and sustaining high performance teams.
