UPHI 150 - Intercultural Fluency Intercultural fluency in the 21st century includes the capacity to operate and communicate in different cultural contexts. Includes recognition and challenging cultural biases, affective openness, self-awareness to manage anxiety and group effectiveness by incorporation of diverse perspectives.
