UBCT 040 - NC3 Workshop Series: Greenlee Electrical Training


This course provides training in the electrical trades through industry-based curriculum and equipment. Topics include hand bending, basic and advanced conduit bending, wire pathways and raceways, fishing wire and cable pulling, wire termination, 3-phase sequencing and motor rotation, insulation and ground rod resistance testing, and basic electrical installation. This course prepares students to earn nine NC3/Greenlee certifications in the electrical trades. Students will have an opportunity to test for each certification a maximum of three times.

  2. Identify proper hand and power tools for specific electrical tasks. 
  3. Demonstrate the safe and proper use of specialized tools and equipment.
