EX 100 - Zumba Fitness Zumba Fitness is a full body workout for all fitness levels, combining all elements of fitness: cardiovascular and muscular conditioning, balance and flexibility through Latin and world dance. This course uses both low and high intensity movements similar to interval training.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Become familiar with a variety of Zumba techniques
- Become familiar with safety and movement execution
- Demonstrate the ability to adhere to an exercise program
- Demonstrate improvement in cardiovascular fitness
- Demonstrate improvement in muscular fitness and or/flexibility
