Supervised work experience related to sustainability in local community organizations. Includes the application of sustainability knowledge, skills, and practices. Also includes critical thinking, systems thinking, leadership, oral and written communication skills.

Course Learning Outcomes 1. Demonstrate the ability to apply sustainability-specific knowledge in a community organization setting. Performance Objectives:
- Apply theories and principles of climate action and sustainability to real-world community projects and initiatives, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, community partners, and stakeholders to craft, test, and propose sustainability solutions that encompass environmental, social, and economic aspects of the community’s needs and goals.
- Reflect on career goals and aspirations through hands-on experiences, maintain a journal documenting active participation, and produce a comprehensive artifact showcasing insights, challenges, accomplishments, and the community’s impact.
