HIT 210 - Medical Quality Assurance and Supervision

Principles of medical quality assurance and supervision. Includes health information management skills and human resource roles and responsibilities. Also includes performance improvement principles and applications, HIPAA regulations, accreditation and licensure, organizational models, technologies, and planning for a professional career in health care.

Prerequisite(s): HIT 100  and HIT 105 .
